The best part about Darlington Designs being a one-stop shop is that we can create your dream home in multiple phases while continuing to update your contract & designs. This large project was done over the course of 2 different phases. First starting with this large addition to the side of the home. Not only were we able to match the outside of the home perfectly, but we were able to create more space on the inside for our clients. This addition includes a fully finished basement with a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and an exercise room. On top of that we built a beautiful great room that leads out to this one of a kind solarium designed. by our team.

Once the addition was done we assisted our clients in designing a backyard that would match their lifestyle. We installed a new hardscape patio around the pool, along with an outdoor kitchen, and raised patio/fire pit area that walks right into the new solarium. This oversized kitchen area has everything you could possibly need for the perfect pool party and plenty of room for everyone to sit by the bar. With the help of landscaping throughout the yard to tie everything together, this house became our clients dream home.
